Will I Be Able To Run This Game?

*For some reason when I try to check the game on Steam, it redirects me back to the main page. So I'm pretty much unable to check...*
Here are some of my SPECS:

Manufacture: Samsung Electronics
Processor: AMD A6-3400M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.40 GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB (3.48 GB usable)
32/64: 64-bit Operating System

I have nooooo idea where to get my full SPECS from... :/

The game might start on your PC but it will in no way shape or form be playable.
