Dual monitor bug: Tobe goes full screen on secondary screen :-(

I'm using a multi monitor display with different resolutions (Primary: 1920x1080 Secondary: 1280x1024) and very rarely I'm experiencing minor issues with games because of it.

Tobe’s Vertical Adventure is quite different, though. It's the only game I ever had the problem with, that it always goes full screen on the secondary screen instead of the primary one. I see no apparent way of fixing this other than playing in windowed mode.

In case it helps I have multi monitors too with different resolutions: 1600x900 on first and 1440x900 on 2nd and it full screens on my first one.

Thanks a lot for the feedback.
Tobe is the first game that blatantly ignores the primary/secondary screen settings and only full screens on the secondary.
Maybe it's using some other, stupider way of determining where to go full screen. Is you primary screen on the left or the right?
