APB Exception Handler Crash on Launch

When I launch APB, I press start then for a few seconds nothing happens, then a error message came up saying
APB Exception Handler Crash
The exception handler thread has crashed, this means that debugging
information/callstack is not available.

Please help

Have you checked at the tech support forums at APB? You're not going to find much help here.
