is it possible to get/make new maps(and less likely, story levels)for supreme commander 2? and if so, where would I have to go to get/make them?

Sadly, not easily. The game doesn't allow extra content and was made unmodifiable from the beginning.

With that being said, you can later the games original files of the game but it is strongly advised not to do so and if you do, to make backups of the game files.
