FUEL graphical error

Just reinstalled fuel after some time, but now everything looks like a mess

Have you checked out the "FIX Only HUD shows up" a few posts down in the forum?

If you have, and it didn't help, you should perhaps mention your operating system, graphics card model and driver version.

I've had a similar problem in breach, try telling your graphics card (through nvidia control panel / ATI's control panel) not to force anti-aliasing.
