So uh, when you forget to save your savestate or whatever...
... do you ACTUALLY have to redo everything? Cause I re-installed my computer a while back, and well, Binding of Isaac doesn't really have any value to me now that I'm reset at 0 progress (I was just done with 11 Mom kills :\).

On the bright side, if you manged to get 11 mom kills, you're probably a much better player than when you started. It should take you half as long to work back up to it.

Sadly, The Binding of Isaac doesn't have Steam Cloud support, so if you lose your local save file, then you're out of luck.
11 Mom kills is not a lot anyways. |
