Cant find tf2 hats?! HELP

I have 450+ hours and i cant find any hats in tf2 anyone know why? (on my alt found a hat in the first 2 weeks i went premium) :/

New premium players always drop 1-2 hats the first couple of weeks.

Create an idle account, find two hats in the first month.

If you really want hats just save up your metal, most of the older hats are considered "craft hats" value wise and you can a lot of them for 1 refined to 1 refined + 1 reclaimed each, or even cheaper if you buy uncraftable hats, granted it's harder to find a specific noncraftable hat.

Wrong. I've had premium for about a month-month and a half and the best I've got from drops is a Desc. tag.

It could be due to the infamous Kabuto Drop Glitch. Is this a mangolier? It just is.

Just random. I've been playing TF2 for 8 months and found no hats. Recently I got a 3 hat streak and then 2 or 3 more hats the weeks after.
