[Fallout New Vegas] Enabling Willow as a Selectable Race?

So I have the companion "Willow" mod found here: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/41779

I've used it for a while, and its a good mod. One day I decided to see if I could get the race onto my character (It has it's own race) without sucess. I looked inside of the .esp on FNVEdit to see if I could find something. Sure enough, I found her Race ID (xx01CE58, where xx is the Load Order.) The question is, can I do anything with that ID in the in-game console or is there a variable I can change to have it show up in showracemenu?

Help would be appreciated.
