Mount & Blade Warband CD-Key

Hi,

I got a problem. I have bought the Comlete Pack in sale time, but I can't Play MultiPlayer, becouse it says, that I need to enter a CD-Key, but I can't find where to write it in. I have read that there is no CD Keys left, but i got a window where it writes my CD-Keys. I would attach that Pic, but I can't so I put it in a Image host. http://img708.imageshack.us/img708/7016/fiksavimas.png So I desided to buy Warband for my friend, and for him works fine MultiPlayer. So how to fix it?

Delete content, and re-download the game. I had similar issue and doing this got me past that error.

So I need to delete my Save Files and re-install M&B?

Go to your steam library and click on mount and blade warband to select it then look on the very right side and look for where it says CD Key. Click on that to bring up your cd key and type the letters and numbers that show up into the window that pops up while trying to join a multiplayer match on warband. This is what I had to do to fix the problem and I hope it helps you get to play and enjoy this amazing game!

I think the problem that they are referring to is that a pop up window doesn't pop up I'm in the same situation looking for the solution

Yes. I know about that CD Key button. I got this message when I Start then game. But there is no Pop Up window, where I can write that CD Key, when I'm connecting to a server. But I got this fixed in another way ( Needed to change some Warband files )

Here this fixed the problem for me I hope it helps you, I found it on the support forum on their website it wasn't the easiest to find


1. Go to start menu bar or my computer and search for folders and files * rgl_config.txt * and only 1 should come up, if there are more then delete the rest.
2. Open rgl_config.txt and scroll down to "use secure connection = 1"
3. Set it to "use secure connection = 0" and save and close
4. Start your game

hey dude what files did you change to fix it? im having the same trouble! i cant find where to actually put my key:/

Plain and simple i cant connect to any servers when i search ot takes forever and gives an err saying unable to connect to servers
