Broken camera
I recently downloaded a mod and when I tried it, my in game camera got messed up and wouldn't move and I could only look in one direction. I uninstalled the mod but the problem was not solved. Reloading to a previous save didn't work either. Any ideas to fix this? Please and thank you

My next suggestion would be to delete Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini from /documents/my games/skyrim. Then run Skyrim again and it should recreate those files, which I suspect might fix the problem. If it doesn't then I recommend just reinstalling it, as I do not know which file controls the camera. |

If you're positive the problem is related to a specific mod I would make 100% sure that the mod was correctly deleted. Sometimes mods just have one file to install, while other mods input dozens or even hundreds of files in your Oblivion folders. You might have to download the mod again and read the uninstall instructions.
Also, please note that if you verify your game cache as Fish-E recommends it will likely erase all your mods which might cause problems with your saved games. I recommend making backups (of the game, your saves, everything!) before you do any serious troubleshooting. Good luck! We've all been in this very same position and it's not always easy to remove a troublesome mod. |

I actually managed to fix the problem using Fish-E's tip, also when I verified I still had all my mods and stuff
