Just tried Skyrim's FXAA injector and...

...LoG looks awesome! See for yourselves. Maybe the contrast is a bit overdone, but it can be tweaked. I love how all the detailing in the textures shows up.

Injector here. Just unpack it inside LoG's folder. You may have to disable the Steam overlay if problems show up.

EDIT: Game WILL crash if you use Xfire's overlay. Disable it for LoG!

Dayum! That does look awesome. I would never have thought of trying the Skyrim injector with Grimrock. I will be trying this out soon as I get home. Plus rep for you!

The injector works through a dll; it basically interjects when the graphics are passed through to DirectX, like an effects loop in sound recording..

That's a bad analogy I know, but it serves to explain why it works.

If you take that dll and chuck it in the same directory as the .exe, lots of games will start showing fancy nonsense.

Google ENBSeries and you'll get a whole bunch of slightly different dlls, and with experimentation you can have some fun making Thief or Unreal look like they were designed by JJ Abrams...

to the first i'd like to note for others that for this reason be weary of other programs that go through DX to do things.
such as AmBXFXGen and whatnot for other added FX.

to the rest.. heh, yar the ENB series stuff is insane and awesome at the same time
but with a few tweaks it can make the games look so utterly amazing its unebelievable that its the same game..
hard to believe its only some lighting adjustments...

Has absolutely nothing to do with VAC. All it does is alter the appearance of gfx. I've been using the injector with Skyrim for many months with no issues whatsoever..

Users of VAC - Punkbuster and whatever other AC's out there beware. Granted, Grimrock is Single Player... but there are those who might try this with Multi Player games and get burnt.

FXAA, in all its glory, is available to nVidia users via the nVidia control panel.

in what setting.. i don't see any FXAA options at all in there.. just the standard AA's..

Manage 3d Settings.... then add the game in the right hand tab

You also may have to get the latest 3xx.xx drivers!

Its always best to keep your drivers up to date. Both Video and Audio.

beta's aren't technically "up to date"
its above and beyond, the current up to date driver set is only at 296.10
many beta sets in the past have had issues that could literally ruin your hardware, so i don't watch them as closely as i once had after losing a 500+ dollar card to that, not counting in the motherboard it took down with it :/ .
