Maybe the game is fixed, but I can not play. under certain conditions.

My PC system is multi monitor and nVidia SLI.

Then I run Baskervilles, primary monitor is blackout and secondly is flashing.
That problem has easy solution. DO NOT USE multi monitor system.

Anyway, thanks for quickly fix and response.

Too bad already beaten it completly and got a problem with the Achievements.

I have all of them, but the last one ("Golden Hound") for getting all the rest isn't unlocked in Steam (but in the game). Anyone else has this problem?

Yeah, just received the Golden Hound achievement in-game and it didn't register with Steam. Now I'm one achievement short of 100%. What a shame. I really wish for the problem to be fixed ASAP.

From what I've seen, no one received that achievement on Steam, so it's not an isolated problem.

Bad with the Achievement broken in general.

Good for us to be a problem all players are affected, so this will hopefully soon have a fix.

Same here. I've tried it two times with two different profiles, but the achievement didn't unlock.

Recently purchased this title from steam for my wife, after downloading the game and trying to run for the first time the "Preparing To Launch" box appears and disappears continuously. Have changed the compatibility settings for the .exe from the steam folder but to no avail.

Running on XP x64 with all drivers and steam client updated and having checked system requirements no mention is made of incompatibility with XP x64 and the system more than exceeds the system requirements.

Any help or advice from the steam community or a Steam representative would be greatly appreciated on how to resolve this issue.

I have verified the system game cache as instructed via a steam support ticket having already carried this out previously but still no progress, have also double checked all my drivers are upto date including the steam client.

Still having the issue where on having downloaded the game and selecting "play now" the launching game message repeatedly flashes on and off and game will not run.

Is there anyone looking into this issue SerGibli? As this would be greatly appreciated.

I see some other people have had this problem (I thought it was weird that no one had the Golden Hound achievement.)

I have all the achievements unlocked in game, but "First Day at School" and "Golden Hound" didn't unlock on Steam.

I wrote to the Steam support about it and they say the "investigate" it. So I hope they can either solve it on their end or report this at least to the devs of that game.

There was a update today, perhaps the achievement will unlock now.
