Grath Dev Card

Where is it?
I saw reports about it beeing on Town Square in the Vending Machine, but I searched that damn thing more than a dozen times and it does not show up.

Grath is indeed in the Town Square, but i'm pretty sure the place where they are is random, so look in other places.

Until now all dev cards have been in the places which a guide suggested so I am not really sure about the random thing.

Grath? Do you mean Gareth? I picked that one up when testing the game in Town Square just now, in a bin just under the burning bus.
