Mouse butto 5??

I have just started the first campaig and the game instructed me to use mouse button 5.

Ok... so I have a mouse with 2 buttons and a mouse wheel. How am I supposed to use moves like f + mouse 5?
Am I misunderstanding something or are the developers expecting that I am buying a new mouse for this game?

Use can use mouse button 5, or F, you dont need to press both. Also you can just remap/bind the key to which you prefer.

This confused, me as well. But, as stated, you just need to use the F key.
