Tropico 3 not launching

I downloaded "Tropico 3 - Steam Special Edition" and the "Absolute Power" DLC.

Game won't start. Checked the %APPDATA%. No error log at all!

Reset the graphics options in CCC to default. Nope. Not working.
Verified files. Says that it downloads 3 files everytime...nope not working still.

When I do manage to get it working, it get to the Kalypso and Nvidia intro and then it closes to desktop. Have verified the files a load of times, so I don't know what the problem is.

I have played the game before without a problem and I changed the folder in within %APPDATA% to "1Tropico 3" so it could create a new folder but it didn't even do that.

Any help would be appreciated

Unplug your second/third display then restart your computer.
