Confirm: just update driver to 1.2 version of your xbox360 wireless controller (dont reciever) if you have trouble with button map.

Keyboard and mouse work fine.

But you must change Input Display Icons to keyboard, default is xbox 360 gamepad.

Right clock on Binary Domain in your library and select Configure Binary Domain.

It's in he input section.

Yeah I get the error too. So you can't play with a xbox gamepad and the mouse and keyboard controls are horrid.

Yep. I am using my PS1/2/3 controller as my keyboard.

Do you just plug it in and start the game up? I was just about to try that.

It won't let you select it as the input device in the input section of the config tool.

Edit:
Yeah it works, but the button maps are messed up.

It says the 'A' button is 'OK' but it's actually the 'X' button -.-

Alright I got the button maps all set up and I'm about to test them. The tool doesn't accept the trigger buttons though.

No problems on my end. First time booting, had my wireless 360 pad on and connected. Steam gave me the option of starting the game or configuring at launch. Chose configure, selected video settings, changed input to 360 pad, liked the default settings, saved and exited, booted the game and plays perfectly. Sorry I can't help. Unfortunately the game doesn't like my Megaladon headphone's mic

I'm using a wireless XBOX 360 controller with adapter for PC. Then I just select XBOX 360 wireless controller in the game. done.

hey, are some people here confusing wireless with their wired controller? i have read about even some gfwl titles having trouble with detection for wireless 360 pads and considering how great of a pc port i am seeing posted i wouldnt put it past sega

Unfortunately I don't think it will help you too much cause the inputs don't show the specific name of the button on the controller.

Maybe you can figure out what's what though.
