Hatchat key of joystick is inverted.

up and Down is Good.

But, Left And Right is inverted.

Would help if we knew what brand of controller of joystick you're using.

You can check up on and modify your controls manually in the file:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\(.)AppData\Local\Microsoft\Fli ght\Players\%ACCOUNTNUMBER%\Career\Controls\standa rd.CFG

It's a bit of a journey to find the file, and the contents of the file aren't very easy to read for those not familiar with config files, but you should be able to reverse the left/right controls inside that file.
