Garry's Mod servers not loading

Hello Steam community, I have recently ran into a problem, and I leave it into your hands to help me fix it.

Yesterday, I have started Garry's Mod, only to see that none of the servers would load. It would search for servers for a few minutes, only to end with it saying that it was unsuccefull in doing so. My account is used with two computers. My Desktop, which is not the computer that is having this problem, it is able to find servers, and the laptop, which is the one that has the problem. And yes, I was able to play Garry's mod on this computer before, I had this before I had the Desktop.
I have tried many things; I uninstalled Garry's Mod (deleted the local content.) and reinstalled it. I went to run, typed in msconfig, went to startup, and disabled all of both under "start up" and "servces." And I have went to the folder that held the files for steam, went under config, and deleted Masterserver.vdf and masterserver2.vdf, restarted steam. And also just replaced them with a version found on the internet.

I don't even know what to do, so I'm hoping that you guys can help me now.

Update: Turns out Garry's mod is not the problem, every Source game are not loading any servers. Please, can anyone help me?
