windows live id not reconize in game

Hello, (sorry for my english)

Since yesterday it's impossible for me to connect my game MS flight with my account windows live. it' possible to connect on marketplace, on xboxlive, on game for windows live on microsoft flight site on internet BUT in game my windows live ID is not reconize.

The support xbox live by phone can't help me because it's a free to play. My cd key for pack hawai, maule, p51d and zero are on this account.

What i suppose to do ?
