Banned on steamtrades/gift but Clean status

hi friends , i recently started trading i never cheat or smthing like that , my profile is clean u can check that , but i am facing a problem , whenever i try logg in to steamtrades or steamgifts it says u have been banned . I dont know y i m banned . my profile ID is 76561198037086188

Sites can ban you independent of steam. Obviously you violated the rules there. We will not miss you

then they must have told wat thing i violated , now whenever i try to log in to thoe 2 site just blank page appears...

as far as i know i didnt broke any rule, 1 day i jined it next day banned
