Skyrim Riften CTD

Hey, another CTD thread about Riften... So I've never completed the Thieves guild missions in this game and i started a new Khajiit character to do exactly that. I can travel to Riften fine, but every time I go into the bee and the barb the game crashes during the loading screen, same with entering the bunk house in Riften. I tried re-installing the game, turning off my mods, everything I could think of but the game still crashes on load.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this issue? I'm worried about playing further in case I make progress on corrupted save files. :/ Any help is appreciated.

Tried that and even if I delete the entire save folder, when I load skyrim all my saves are still there even if the skyrim save game folder is empty. If I pick and choose some to delete, there still there as well.

Is it getting these files from my steam cloud? I'm out of ideas at this point, unless its a mod I have installed that's messing with the game but I kinda doubt that's the case.

Yeah disable the cloud sync, and when you start the game don't select "resume" select "load" and load an older hard save made inside a building and try from there.
