Are there modelers who take comissions on TF2 skins?

Speaking of skins and modelers, I really wish I could model without having to take the time to learn how a modeling program and creativity works. I could just make my brilliant ideas instead of either bugging a guy to make one or wishing it'd show up in the Workshop. |

For free, or for a price. I know a guy who can make skins, but for in-game metal.
