Graphical Glitch: ground flashes green

For some reason the terrain on my game keeps flashing green. Restarted my computer, keeps happening. No idea whats causing it.

Any clues?

EDIT: Solved the problem by updating my nvidia drivers to 296.

I had this on my GTX 570 and updated my drivers and it fixed it.

296.10 are the latest and what worked for me. I was at 28x before and I had the same problem.

Thanks, I have the 296.35 drivers, so hopefully I wont have any issues.
