mine stoped at 95% and started redownloading i restarted steam then it says its decrypting files and its at 100% steam says also its downloading the game LOL 3gb of 6gb wtf LOl stupid preload system sucks

i tried verifying cache and it got stuck at 100% im trying diff download regions and nothing happens guess gota download 3gb while i sleep or watch movie

least i know that all steam releases are this bad in my experience

well am in PA and worked just stopped at 98% then waited like 5 to 10 mins n it finished....i would just wait n not touch anything
