What are the specs of your computer?
(always include these when asking for help with a program that won't work) |

See if the fix at the bottom of this page will help (Be sure to read the first post on the next page too)
http://www.uberent.com/forums/viewto...1924&start=180 I don't know for sure if it will help. I was kinda hoping someone who knows more than me would hop in here and help out. |

Me too, support told me to do this:
The following has solved this problem for some Windows Vista & Windows 7 users. Exit Steam. Click Start > All Programs > Accessories Launch the Command Prompt by right clicking on it and choosing "Run As Administrator" Type in the following command and press enter: net localgroup Administrators /add Local Service Then, type in this command and press enter: net localgroup Administrators NetworkService /ADD Close the Command Prompt window and restart your computer. Then, launch the game again. But I really don't know how is this going to change anything... |

I've found a solution on my own and it worked for me:Go on steam games list, right click on super MNC,click on properties, select local files then verify cache. After the scan it will probably says that 2 files weren't verified so it will download them again.Once download is over start the game and see if it worked for you too
good luck guys

When I do this, it says one file needs to be redownloaded.. it does, but if I keep checking, it keeps failing.. I tried each suggestion listed in this thread so far.. none of them have worked. ![]() Edit: Doing it again, it still only replaces one file.. And I found that file.. installscript.vdf (found in <steam_dir>\steamapps\common\SuperMNC\installscrip t.vdf) This doesn't sound like it could be the issue post-install however.. SOLVED (for Nvidia Graphics on R295 drivers)
Well, that wasn't too hard..
Did what people should do.. search support forums other than steam.. Came across this post.. http://www.uberent.com/forums/viewto...246597#p246597 If you're using Nvidia R295 drivers.. uninstall the PhysX driver only, and install an older one (my previous one was R261).. And at least I get to the main screen now.. haven't started a game yet. Edit: Game worked for me after downgrading Nvidia PhysX driver (not the entire graphics driver). System info: Windows 7 pro x64 Intel Q6600 (Quad-core @ 2.4GHz) 4GB ram GeForce GTX 460 SE NVidia driver: R295 (295.73 (install dir says 295.51) PhysX driver: (installed from dir 261.01) All graphics settings on max.. runs fine.

If you are experiencing any errors, please create your own thread so your issue can be dealt with separately. Do not forget to include a DirectX Diagnostics log as well when you do. |
