Faded Colors

I am not sure when this happened but lately when I play the Sims 3, especially when creating a Sim that the colors are extremely faded and not as vibrant as they used to be. Has any else noticed this? I do not know what to do to fix it.

not really a steam bug, it the game itself.. i noticed it too.. at first i though it was the colour, so i made it black.. and still had the same problem. normally.. best to do is close the CAS and re-open it .. i never noticed it in game tho, only happens a few time in CAS (specially with black)
