you would be looking for a Quad core CPU with the new chipsets (mainly Intels 67/77 range)

with a ded video card e.g. GTX 560 or above or AMDs equivalent.

For gaming No, everything else more or less.

Integrated Graphics for that would be terrible.

a "DECENT" rig will cost around 500-600.

Depends on what games you are wanting to play though..

And Sean, as far as graphics go its quite a bit better then the first one.

Games like magicka, MW3 on atleast a bit higher then low.
oh and crysis 2 on lowest

Then yeah it'd be fine..

But you should really save up for a Quad Core CPU at the least.
