where can i find the orchestrion guy?

Level 2 or 3 (where one needs the keys). On the screen where you meet the small thingy with the rattle tail for the first time (which one has to shoot up into the air on next screen to get key)

Just click on him a couple of times and orchestrion will appear. Must be done on screen before rattle tail gets launched i think.
