Has MW2 lost its following?

Just a thought, normally when i start MW2 i do the usual and do something for 5 minutes so when i click into a lobby i usually go straight into a match, over the last 4 days, i do the usual routine yet the maximum i am currently getting is "4 potential good games", about a week ago i was getting 20+ potential games, especially in TDM, now even this is down to 3/4, even after it has searched upto <150ms ping,

as i am currently writing this i have been in the TDM lobby waiting to join a game for the last 10 minutes, all it keeps saying is;

Testing matches 0.0% 0/3 good games, potential games etc etc, yet i am not entering one, so over the last week has the majority of MW2 players disappeared to something else?

and another thing that has annoyed me since ive owned this game, why does it say "0/x good games available" when such as in my situation they obviously are not good games because surely i would entered one by now?

You have to be patient. Eventually you'll get one. It's still in the top 10 for steam.

Most people play on 4D1 as it has dedicated servers and a anti-cheat system..

the thing is i am patient in that i know when i start MW2 i do something else for 5 minutes, until it is ready to find a match, but as i said in the first post, it was 10 minutes saying it was testing matches, that was 15 minutes in total, but after starting this thread it took another 13 minutes exactly before i got into a match, 28 minutes total! and the only reason i got into another match was because a friend invited me. who knows how much longer i would have waited to get into a random match. Ridiculous

yea, this franchise sucks now.

Almost every server is a gay fest, of "Crouch only".

Go play BF2 if you want a fairly decent manshoot.
