TF2 SPRAY DOESN'T WORK?

Okay, so, i converted my spray and made sure it was compatible and all that, however when i use my spray in TF2 I hear the SHHH noise. But i cant see my spray. I asked my friend if he could but he couldn't either! I can see other sprays though, so can someone tell me how to fix this and make my spray visible???

Some servers don't allow sprays to appear. (I think it is the pure2 setting - could be wrong).

If you create a quick server on your LAN (using the + on your main menu) you can test in there if it works. If it does, it's the server blocking it.

I play on a certainserver usually and i know it allows sprays, i have tested it with a friend of mine and he cant see it either, thx though

To make sure you got your spray working correctly to appear in the 1st place, you can start a practice game and spray to see if you even have it working. If you see nothing in the practice game then something is wrong, that's how i would test mine.

It really sucks all the admins ban sprays. Now ihave to use Google to find my pr0n.

Not true, all admins don't ban sprays some do but it varies by the server properties, some you have to be a registered user and have donated to be able to have it show.

it also depends on the surface sometime your sprays cant go on certain places that others can just find the right surface or reinstall your spray and it should work fine

Use your inside voice.
I sometimes have this too, I'll hear the sound and get the "sprayed by" message but don't actually see the spray, both with my own sprays and others. I think it's Steam acting up somehow, because sometimes other people can see sprays that are invisible to me.
