Torchlight 1 mods

So I tried looking at the lists of mods from runic and other sources and everytime I try to download them it sends me to a site that has nothing on it.

like from this link:

almost all those links dont work cause there source isnt there. Now am I missing something or what?

It's a mod manager (also can check for conflicts). You can download mods directly from this application.
