Bold, Italic, and Underline Options for Steam Chat and Recommendations

I know it's a small thing but I think it would be pretty cool if Steam Chat supported functionality for making text bold, italicized, and underlined. It's a fairly standard function for other chat programs and it would be nice to have on Steam.

Additionally, bold, italic, and underline options would be helpful when typing recommendations, for providing feeling and emphasis when telling your fiends how much you enjoyed That Game You Played.

But personally I'd like font size options more than font styles and formatting.

Nope, Not in chat. It'd be more like MSN or w/e, I'd like it in Recommendations though, so

In recommendations? So it'd look like myspace?
Bit contradictory to not wanting chat like MSN...

I wouldn't support letting people set it so their entire post, every time, is in a specific font or size or color or whatever nonsense, but being able to use italics for emphasis seems fine to me. Bold and underline are overrated though. Especially underline.
