Problem with steam client [black windows]

When I want to trade something I get a black windows and I can't connect with the other person. I also have this black windows in Store, News and Community sections through steam client, it seems that it doesn't load anything.
This happens to me in the PC but in the notebook it works perfect. Any solution?

Same here, Do you happen to have chris config installed? I removed the launch options and it worked perfectly

I haven't that chris config.
I reinstalled the Steam again and the problem persists

Try going to your steam folder and removing every file except steam.exe and steamapps folder (aka games folder)

Here is some things to consider:

- The person on the other side has very bad internet
- The server you are on is causing it (Type 'retry' in to console for a possible fix)
- It is having trouble loading (Press F5 on windows to refresh, ⌘ + R for mac)
- You just have bad internet

I tried with more people and it is always the same and in my notebook runs perfect so... it is not a problem with internet.

In the notebook i have WinXP and here I have W7 but the trade system worked fine here all the time I'm having this problem since 3-4 days ago...

Try re-installing steam. or wait a few days. I remember a few days ago when valve was updating TF2 I got this many times.

Nothing changed in my system and I already reinstalled the steam before I made this post

Ok, probably the thing you should do is:

-Delete the entire steam folder
-Delete the steam.exe
-Re-install steam

If that doesn't work then, contact support:
