First Lesson not working - help plz

I'm at the college doing First Lesson. I go into the hall and stand nest to the other students. Tolfdir talks for a while and then just stops. When I try to speek to him I get the message on the upper left saying "this person is buisy". I've tried using the console command "resetquest MG01" but it just happens again. I've even did a complete delete and reinstall from steam. I'm running some mods but none that effect the college or quests.

Any ideas?????

try reloading your game to just before you entered the college.

Try this command:

player.sqs MG01

This command will show you what stages have been completed, shown with a 1 and stages not completed, shown with a 0.

You should see something like this:

Stage 0:1
Stage 10:1
Stage 20:0
"
"

This will let you know what stage you are on.
Once you see the first zero after a stage that is where you can advance too. The command to do so is"
setstage MG01 (Stage No.)

You can find all stage numbers here. Good luck.

Well that worked, I just hadd to go all the way to 200 and end the quest line. But now Under Saarthal is doing the same thing. I think there's something messed up with Toldir script, because other quests are acting just fine

Now the thieves quild mission Loud and Clear is doing the same thing

Hmmm, well you seem to be having quite the luck running into these bugs, I'm sorry your having some much trouble. I'll try to help as much as possible here so try this page. Out of curiosity what are your specs?

cpu =
ram =
gpu =
that sort of thing. Is this your first playthrough and are you experiencing other glitches?

I tried joing the companions, same thing when I talk to the leader he just stopped resonding.

I just uninstalled and deleted the game, again. After it installs I'm going to start a new game and see if that works.
