What pet will you get?

As it says. Without mods.

I used to own a pair of ferrets, so ferrets all the way. :3

Wolf.

My dog is a Husky, Malamute, and German Shepherd mix. From a distance he could pass for a Wolf so my choice is obvious .

I'm so happy that there are more options than just a cat and a dog now. But I'm still just going for a dog for my first character. Falcor will be my first choice, definitely.

Definitely the bulldog. I'm a UGA fan, so hopefully someone will make a red sweater mod for the dawg..

Ferret (toooo cute) or Panther (luv cats, it's a big cat). Can't decide. But that's ok, because I'll just make two characters so I can have both.

Hawk looks interesting tho, I might try that at some point too, if I'm still playing then.

Hmm, I like cats, but the cats in the game don't look very fluffy so I might just go for a ferret.

What if we could make our pets fight each other in some sort of competative arena. What pet would you want then?

My one concern with TL2 is that the character classes don't look as appealing to me, personally, as in previous incarnations/other ARPG's. if that ends up being the case I may not play it as long. But since I'm not in/can't play the beta, can't say for sure. They could be the most fun classes evah....

Someone on the runic forums has compiled an album of screenshots that show all the early skill trees.

Compared to TL1's classes they look awesome and look like they allow for a variety of styles of play with each of the three skill trees for each class being far more fleshed out:
Embermage gets a lot more variety in spells compared to the alchemist.
Engineer looks like he can take pretty much any role.
Berserker just looks plain fun.
Outlander looks kinda like the Huntress but far more awesome with it actually being viable to build as a Rogue archetype rather than just ricochet spam everything.
