Marketplace Error

I have been getting a msgbox with an error and I want to know if anyone else is getting this error.
Error:
As a steam user you must launch the game from within your steam library in order to access the dcuo marketplace.

I have done this as well as reinstall and it still happens. It started since the latest update.

I want to know how to correct this.

I as well as alot of people have had this problem. It's a simple fix really, seeing as how the in game market place uses some things from internet explorer, even if YOU dont use IE. The easiest and quickest fix when u get this error is to go to your start menu, then accessories, system files, and disk cleanup. Remove all your temp internet files and then give it a try!

I did what you said as well as go into IE and open the folder where it has temp IE files and deleted them and it did not work. Still says need to launch from steam. I tried this on my 2nd computer and the same thing happen. I wonder if it might be on their side. Since they use the cloud, means that they backup files that might be corrupted.
Need to find a solution. They(SOE) should have a way to use marketplace outside of the game and steam.
