I CANT GET VETERANS!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?

Hi, whenever i play my game on just shogun 2 not fall of the samurai i get veterans even if i lose, but now on fall of the samurai i am level 5 and have won almost all of my battles and have gotten no new veterans i have done everything i could think of as far as deleting the avatar profile reinstalling and everything else but nothing will work i have ran out of option is anyone else having this issue? PLEASE HELP!.

Dude, chill out. Have you run out of veteran slots?
