Where is my game?

I pre-purchased this the day the demo came out. In my list of games it says Warlock: Pre Order, but I never got the option to install it. Now, after the game is released, I still don't "have" the game. If I go to the Warlock page I still see the option to "buy this game" not the usual box that says "you own this game".

This is infuriating, to say the least.

why are warezsites faster than steam :/

Things happen beyond control. Steam also has to wait for permission to release said games.

The game is unlocking for me now (1:30 PM CST).

Mine says i can "Play Now" on the store page yet it still a preorder in my library.

I'm still listed as a pre-order as well. I guess those of us that paid for it weeks ago get to wait longer.

Restart Steam, it worked for me then.

Well, it keeps giving me "servers too busy, try again later". Makes me feel appreciated as a paying customer.
