Stuck on "Fetching Stats"

Whenever I start the game, it gets stuck on "Fetching Stats" and won't let me play the multiplayer.

I've tried:
Re-installing
Disabling McAfee Firewall
Restarting Steam
Restarting Game
Verifying Game Cache/Files
Restarting Computer

Anyone got advice on how to fix this?

Messaged him, but he had no suggestions. Mysteriously, my game worked perfectly fine the next day. Thanks for replying though.
