Ingame overlay suggestion

So I try to use the in-game overlay to it full potential, but I feel that the current way the in-game overlay is it does not allow us to do that.

Now you can see how I have a webbrowser open and a steam chat plus Steam friends expanded. So things are a little crowded, on top of this I like to keep an eye on the in-game action. EX: new round, score..etc.

So my idea is somewhat simple and also somewhat implemented already, a task bar. I think it would be good if Steam could incorporate a task for our in-game windows.

If you look at the screen shot you can see we have something like that already. (Webbrowser and settings link)

I think this would greatly improve the use of the in-game overlay and allow us to use it to its full potential.
