Just replace the steam game files with the ones in the pack.
Backup the original ones first!

Thank you for putting this back up! I thought all hope was lost when they took down the older one.a

EDIT: Whoopsie. Spoke too soon.. I have replaced the files and I am still unable to save and the game is running too fast.. help!

I had the same problem, the fix in the link did not work for me. However, after a lot of googling I found what seems to be a different version (also by Doc. Garga) that works. I couldn't find it again today, so I just re-uploaded my copy. I'm not sure what the difference is, but give this puppy a try:

This fixed the speed for me, but I still couldn't save. Try pasting these 3 lines into "Comando.cfg" in the "OUTPUT" folder:

.SIZE [ .INITSIZE 3 ]
.PROFILE [ .USER 0 ]
.DEVELOP 1

The combination of the above is what worked for me. Once again all credit goes to Doc. Garga. Thanks man!
