Pre-order still showing as pre-order, not installing

So, as the title says, my preorder for Episode II is still showing as "Sonic the Hedgehog 4 - EP2 Pre-Order" and wont actually install the game even though it came out today. Could someone tell me how to fix this? It's showing that I bought it in my transactions page, clicking Play Now in the store just refreshes the page, restarting Steam did nothing. I'm not sure what else to do. If someone could help, thank you.

Deleting clientregistry.blob in your Steam folder is usually a catchall solution for these sorts of problems.

God I remember the old days of Steam. I used to have to delete clientregistry.blob every other week.
