Square Enix week sale over at GG.
Just Cause 2 is $3.74.
Activates on Steam.
EDIT:
GG = GamersGate
also, if you like e-sports,
GG = Good game

Anyone know if the Complete Edition for $6.25 with all the DLC works on Steam too?

The game uses steamworks so yes it has to work on steam .

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light and Supreme Commander 2 also register on Steam and are super cheap.

Tried buying Just Cause 2 complete and Supreme Command 2. But they use paypal and I had nothing but trouble so to hell with them.

They have like 4 different payment options. Just use Moneybookers and pay as a guest, no account needed.

True, but if you want more than one game you're better off waiting for the Square Enix collection sale on Amazon to go live tonight. It includes all of these for $7.49:

Just Cause 2
Kane & Lynch 2
Lara Croft Guardian of Light
Supreme Commander 2
Tomb Raider Underworld

All of them except TR Underworld come with steam keys.

i had problems paying with paypal on this site too they had to refund me money actually just because theyr site duplicated 3 times the payment i did
