Bumpy walking

So I just got the game last night, and while I was playing I am experiencing bumpy walking whether I am in third person or in 1st person. Its like whenever there is an object to step on or something very small in height, you can definitely notice the screen move to that position for a little while. Is there any way to make this more smoother. I really want to play third person as I am now while not experiencing this issue.
