Pixelshader error when launching Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead

When i lauch arma 2 operation arrowhead i first get an error screen saying "No entry 'bin\config.bin/cfgInGameUI/MPTable.shadow'. It then loads up Operation Arrowhead, crashes it and another error message pops up that says "Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAlpha:0" I've tried reinstalling and have verifyed the cache but none of these have helped. Anyone out there that have any suggestions or have had the same issue? I bought the game over steam and my specs are the following:
Intel i5 3.2 Ghz quad core.
4 gb ram
Nvidia 560 Ti GTX
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.

I had this exact error and fixed it by running Steam as an administrator. Also, make sure you've run ArmA 2 once (separately from OA) just to make sure.

Okay guys, I had this issue forever. After reinstalling BOTH arma2 and OA, I found out that if you go into your documents folder and delete the ArmA2 folder, and both of the profile folders it works fine afterwards. This fixes both the no entry bin/cfgbin/ingameui/mptable.shadow and the pixel shader issue.
