AoE online still running however I've closed it.

Hey

So guys,everytime that I close AoE online the game still runing according to steam (it says that I'm playing age online while I'm not playing it indded)

I guess someone could say "maybe there is some related process openned"
but I couldn't find any related process...

Steam just get back to normal when I close its client forcibly.

I don't know what I do...

When you look at the task manager, do you see Sparta.exe or AoEOnline.exe running afer you've closed the program?

OK, so it sounds like it's definitely an issue with the Steam client. I'd recommend you try an uninstall/reinstall of Steam, but it might also be worth putting in a request to Steam support.

Hey I solved the issue.I just finished the process called "conime.exe"

this doesnt usually bother me cept steam keeps recognizing me as "in-game" as long as conime.exe is running. it displays me having hundreds of gameplay hours when ive really only played it a few times
