Open GL 2.0

When i run this game i see OPEN GL 2.0 required LOL i can play MW3 , mw2 , Css and not this game ? LOL
can anybody tell me how to fix this problem

You need a card that is OpenGl 2.0 compliant. I am sure the games you just mentioned run DX and do not rely on OpenGL at all.
That said any of the cards that can run those games should be OpenGL 2.0 compliant. Try different drivers.

Ty , i just downloaded OPENGL 2.0 i can run it
my graphic card is , Ati Radeon 3470 HD and Cpu 2.4 Core Duo 2
And 4 Gb of ram , Windows 7 Its Working Thanks.

Shut up. Seriously just shut up. You just made an incredibly dumb argument.
It's almost as hideous as the "Crysis at full settings!!1" argument.
You can't simply "download" OpenGL. It's driver and hardware dependent. Your card should run up to 3.1 natively so you probably had a stock windows driver which bottle-necked you.
