K&L1 always asks for admin rights

Hi everybody. Kane & Lynch: Dead Men always asks for admin right as if it was the first launch and some stuff has to be installed. Is this supposed to be like that? Also, it doesn't recognize my controller, though x360ce emulator is loaded (I hear the sound on launch). Can somebody advise me on what to do?

I don't think you need an emulator, seeing K&L

ead Men uses Windows Live, which has built in controller support. You may need to download the xbox 360 drivers first though.

Why would I use it if it was? I tried using the emulator in "compatibility" mode as it was suggested for this game on x360ce project site but it still didn't work
