New Vegas: Black Textures and Crashing recently

I installed and started New Vegas around the beginning of May with some of the highly recommended mods (basically, everything found here on Gopher's modding tutorial page) and it ran flawlessly for a few weeks. Maybe one crash in that entire time. I go back to Skyrim for about a week, and now New Vegas constantly crashes after about 15-20 minutes. I can usually tell it's going to happen soon because after changing cells, many items are pitch black and missing textures. At that point, I tell myself, "Yup. About a minute till it crashes." Sure enough, it does. I noticed a few other threads mentioning crashes after a recent patch, but I can't find any mention of a patch that was released in 2012.

Anyone experiencing this or know of a way to fix it?
