Mounted Combat

Mounted combat adds little to gameplay. I find that it is still better to get off of the horse and engage enemies because it is too akward to get in position to delivery a strike and my follower is usually too far behind to make a difference.

Its a nice touch and the horse in Skyrim is way better than Oblivion.

It is kind of awkward in some situations, but from what I've tested so far, it's not too bad. It could be a case of just getting used to it, though.

considering its based on how the combat system in skyrim works it could be a whole lot worse. its no mount and blade, but mount and blade is a game designed around combat and pretty much combat only.
